  1. Hello!
I have an ATM built into the rear wall of a small enclosed trailer. I would like to inquire about becoming a part of the Indy Food Truck Alliance — is this a service that would be of use to the group? My trailer ATM dispenses $10 bills and has a $3.00 surcharge per transaction.
    Let me know,
    Alex (

  2. I was wondering if you are accepting new vendors. I have own Garretts Smoke House BBQ sence Nov 2010. For the past year I have wanted a mobile BBQ trailer. Customers have been asking have I thought of a mobile unit the opportunity arose and now I have one. Bring Real BBQ Back is my stamp and I will put my food up against all the rest and let people decide who is the best.

  3. I am looking for someone to install the equipment in my truck. Does anyone in Indy do this type of work at a reasonable rate?

  4. We were looking to sign up with Indy’s kitchen but they are no longer taking any new members. Do you know of any other commisssary in the area? Also, In need of a 4ft hood.
    Thank you!
